Powering On/Off: Use the power button or open/close the LCD monitor. The unit may automatically shut off due to overheat detection.

Mode Selection: Switch between Motion Picture Recording, Still Picture Recording, and Playback modes using the recording/playback button and the touch screen icons.

Recording: Prepare by holding the unit steadily, positioning yourself correctly, and considering the lighting. Use the grip belt for stability.

Basic Camera Positioning: Hold with both hands, use the grip belt, and ensure stable footing. For outdoor recording, position yourself with the sun behind you.

Recording Media: Record to SD cards (SD, SDHC, SDXC) or built-in memory. Format SD cards before first use. Ensure the card meets speed class requirements for different recording formats.
