Basic Camera Positioning: Hold the unit with both hands, put your hand through the grip belt, and use the Recording button icon for stability, especially at waist level. Ensure stable footing and avoid collisions. When outdoors, position the sun behind you to prevent backlight. Keep arms close to your body and legs apart for balance. Do not cover the microphones.

Motion Picture Recording: Hold the unit steadily and move slowly and smoothly when recording. Use the zoom carefully to avoid making the footage less enjoyable.

Recording Yourself: Rotate the LCD monitor towards the lens. The image will be horizontally flipped. If a warning indication appears, return the monitor to normal position.
