Quick Start Guide Summary: 1. Insert Battery Pack: Charge battery, insert pack until it clicks. 2. Insert Cassette: Open LCD, set power to CAMERA or VCR, eject tape, insert cassette with record tab closed. 3. Camera Recording: Set power to CAMERA, adjust viewfinder, set REC SPEED, press REC/PAUSE to record. 4. LCD Monitor Use: Open LCD, adjust angle, start recording. Reduce battery use by closing when not in use. 5. Photo Modes: Digital PhotoShot records 7-sec stills with audio. Progressive PhotoShot records higher resolution stills. 6. Zoom: Use T/W sides of POWER ZOOM to zoom in/out. Zoom Microphone adjusts sensitivity with zoom. 7. Other Functions: Recording Check plays back last few seconds. Self Recording allows recording yourself by rotating LCD. Built-in Light brightens scenes but reduces battery time. Remote Control operates functions from up to 5m away.
