Before using:
- Charging the battery: Connect AC adapter, attach battery, then plug in.
- Fitting the battery: Push and slide until it clicks.
- Inserting/removing a cassette: Slide lever, open cover, insert/remove cassette, close holder.
- Inserting/removing a card: Open LCD and card slot cover, insert/remove card, close cover.
- Turning on power: Press button while setting switch to ON.
- Recording on a tape: Press record start/stop button.
- Recording still pictures: Press PHOTO SHOT button.
- Playing back tape: Set to Tape Playback Mode, operate with joystick.
- Playing back card: Set to Picture Playback Mode, operate with joystick.
