Panasonic warrants this camcorder to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year.
Charging the battery: Connect the AC cable to the adaptor and outlet. Insert the battery into the charger, aligning arrows. Charge until the indicator light goes off. Turning on the power: Press the lock release button and set the mode dial to the desired mode (record video, record still pictures, or playback). Align the status indicator. To turn off, set the dial to OFF. Inserting an SD card: Open the SD card slot cover and insert the SD card. Securely close the cover. Recording motion pictures: Select the recording medium (HDD or SD CARD) via the menu. Press the record start/stop button to begin recording. Press again to pause. Playback: Select the playback medium (HDD or SD CARD) via the menu. Select the scene/file and press the joystick. Use the joystick to control playback operations.
