Making Calls: Lift handset and dial, or use speakerphone. Use redial list for recent numbers. Base unit can make calls (KX-TGE240 series).

Troubleshooting and error codes

Why is ? displayed? The handset is too far from the base unit. Move it closer. The base unit's AC adaptor is not connected correctly. Reconnect it. The handset is not registered. Register it.
How to increase handset volume? Press (+) repeatedly while talking.
Why is there noise or the conversation cuts out? Try repositioning the base unit to minimize distance to the handset. Visit www.panasonic.com/support if the problem persists.
Can I add an accessory handset? Yes, up to 6 handsets can be added to a single base unit.
Can batteries be left charging all the time? Yes, the handset can be left on the base unit or charger. It does not harm the batteries.
How to answer calls on hold (second call)? Press (CALL WAIT) when you hear the call waiting tone.
