Troubleshooting and error codes

Malfunction Check/Remedy
The chamber is not cooled at all
  • Check the circuit breaker.
  • Check voltage (call electrician if low).
  • Ensure power switch is ON.
  • Reduce the load if too many items are stored.
  • Wait if the freezer is in defrost condition.
  • Move away from products emitting electric waves.
The cooling is poor
  • Check ambient temperature (too high?).
  • Ensure the door is closed firmly.
  • Remove frost build-up.
  • Input set temperature properly.
  • Ensure the freezer is not in direct sunlight.
  • Remove heat sources nearby.
  • Check rubber cap and insulation for access port.
  • Reduce load if too many unfrozen items are present.
  • Move away from products emitting electric waves.
When the unit does not accept changes of set-point temperature
  • Ensure the freezer is installed on a sturdy floor.
  • Level the unit with leveling feet.
  • Ensure nothing is touching the frame.
  • Wait if the unit is in the status immediately after start up.
Noise
  • The unit may make noise during high load conditions or immediately after startup due to compressor operation and refrigerant flow. This is normal.
