Starting the Unit:

  1. Turn off backup cooling kit (if installed).
  2. Connect power cord to a dedicated outlet and turn on the freezer's power switch.
  3. Turn on the battery switch.
  4. Set the desired chamber temperature.
  5. Verify the chamber temperature reaches the set point.
  6. Turn on the backup cooling kit (if installed).
  7. Perform an alarm test by pressing the ALARM TEST key to ensure the alarm lamp, buzzer, and remote alarm function correctly.
  8. Once confirmed, gradually add articles to the chamber to prevent significant temperature rise.

Operation after Power Failure:

  • The freezer resumes operation with previous settings due to nonvolatile memory.
  • If the chamber temperature is higher than the preset after recovery, a high-temperature alarm will activate. Silence the buzzer and take necessary actions.
  • Initial or long-term use may require up to 3 days of operation to fully charge the battery.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Check ambient temp., voltage, and sealing of outer/inner door.
