Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Troubleshooting Steps
Cannot connect to a Bluetooth® device.
  • Up to 8 Bluetooth® devices can be paired. If exceeded, overwrite previous devices. Pair again.
  • Unpair and re-pair the unit from the Bluetooth® device.
There is no sound.
  • Check if the unit and Bluetooth® device are connected.
  • Check if music is playing on the Bluetooth® device.
  • Check if the unit is on and volume is not too low.
  • Pair/connect again.
  • Check if the Bluetooth® device supports the “A2DP” profile.
The sound cuts out./Lots of noise./Poor audio quality.
  • Avoid covering the unit or Bluetooth® device with your palm.
  • Stay within Bluetooth® communication range (approx. 10 m / 33 ft).
  • Avoid obstacles between unit and device.
  • Turn off unused wireless LAN devices.
  • Ensure the battery is fully charged.
  • Avoid interference from microwaves or devices using the 2.4 GHz band.
My voice doesn't go through during a call.
  • Check if the Bluetooth® device supports the “HFP” profile.
  • Check audio settings on the Bluetooth® phone.
The volume is low./The other party's voice is low.
  • Increase the volume on both the unit and the Bluetooth® device.
The unit does not respond.
  • Reset the unit by connecting it to a 5.0 V power source. Paired devices will not be deleted.
Cannot charge.
  • Check charging time and operating time, battery may be worn out (approx. 500 charging cycles).
  • If using a computer USB port, ensure the computer is powered on and not in standby/sleep mode. Try another USB port.
  • Remove and reinsert the USB charging cord.
LED does not light during charging./Charging takes longer.
  • Ensure the USB charging cord is firmly connected to the computer's USB port.
  • Charge at room temperature (10°C to 35°C / 50°F to 95°F).
The power does not turn on.
  • Ensure the unit is not currently charging, as power cannot be turned on during charging.
