Powering On/Off

Press and hold the [①] button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED blinks. To turn off, press and hold [①] again for 3 seconds. The unit will auto-off after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Bluetooth Pairing

With the unit off, press and hold [①] until the LED blinks blue and red alternately. Select "RP-BTS55" on your Bluetooth device. If prompted, enter "0000". Pairing is complete when the LED blinks blue twice every 2 seconds.

Wearing the Earphones

Refer to page 5, section E for instructions on how to wear the earphones.

Listening to Music

Connect the Bluetooth device. Select and play music on the device. Use the [+] and [-] buttons to adjust volume, and press and hold them to skip tracks.

Making a Phone Call

Press [] to answer an incoming call. Press [] again to end the call. Press [] twice quickly to activate voice functions.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause/Solution
Unit does not respond. Reset the unit by connecting it to a computer with the USB charging cord.
Cannot charge the unit. Ensure the computer is on. Try a different USB port. Ensure the USB charging cord is firmly connected. Charge between 10°C and 35°C.
Power does not turn on. The unit cannot be turned on while charging.
Device cannot be connected. Delete pairing information from the Bluetooth device and pair again.
No sound. Check Bluetooth connection. Ensure music is playing. Check volume. Re-pair devices. Check for A2DP profile support.
Low volume. Increase volume on the unit and the Bluetooth device.
Sound cut off / bad quality. Ensure the unit is not fully covered. Move the device closer. Remove obstacles. Switch off wireless LAN. Charge the unit.
Cannot hear the other person. Check if unit and phone are on and connected. Check audio settings on the phone. Increase volume on both devices.
Cannot make a phone call. Check if the Bluetooth device supports HSP or HFP profile.
