Listening Caution

  • Avoid high volume for extended periods.
  • If you experience ringing in your ears, reduce volume or discontinue use.
  • Do not use while operating a motorized vehicle; it may create a traffic hazard and is illegal in many areas.
  • Use extreme caution or temporarily discontinue use in potentially hazardous situations.
  • Sound can be deceiving; your hearing "comfort level" adapts to higher volumes. Set equipment at a safe level BEFORE your hearing adapts.
  • To establish a safe level: Start volume low, slowly increase until clear and comfortable, then set and leave it.

Caution

  • When using in an airplane, heed airline instructions. Some airlines may forbid use.
  • Keep battery, adaptors out of reach of children.
  • Do not expose product to rain, water, or other liquids.
  • Do not recharge ordinary dry cell batteries.
  • Remove battery if unit not used for a long time.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Remedy
No sound Headphones not connected correctly. Connect headphones securely.
Noise cancelling function does not work. Battery is exhausted. Replace the battery.
Noise cancelling indicator does not light up. Noise cancelling switch is set to OFF. Set the noise cancelling switch to ON.
Poor sound quality. Volume is too low or too high. Adjust volume.
Battery runs down quickly. Noise cancelling function left on. Turn OFF the noise cancelling function when not in use.
