1. **Charging:** Before initial use, remove the insulation sheet and charge the earphones and charging cradle using the supplied USB charging cord. 2. **Fitting:** Ensure the L and R earphones are correctly oriented and fit them firmly into your ears. Replace earpieces if necessary. 3. **Power On/Off:** Remove from charging cradle to turn on, place back to turn off. Manual power on/off is also possible by touching and holding the touch sensors. 4. **Bluetooth Pairing:** Take earphones out, turn on Bluetooth on your device, and select "RZ-B120W" from the list. 5. **Listening to Music:** Connect to your device, select and play music. Use touch sensors for playback control and volume adjustment. 6. **Making Calls:** Connect to your phone, touch to answer/reject calls, and touch and hold to end calls. 7. **Voice Assistant:** Touch and hold the L touch sensor to activate Siri or Google Assistant.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Does not connect with the Bluetooth® device. Delete registration information from the Bluetooth® device and pair again. Disconnect the connected device if connecting to a different device.
The left and right batteries deplete at different rates. This may be due to signal and usage conditions.
Cannot charge the unit. Charge between 10 °C and 35 °C. Ensure USB charging cord is connected properly. Check if the charging cradle has battery. Re-insert earphones into the cradle.
Cannot operate the earphones. Try turning the power off and on. Restore factory settings.
The earphones do not turn on automatically. Touch and hold the touch sensor for about 3 seconds to turn on manually.
No sound. Ensure earphones and Bluetooth® device are connected. Check if music is playing. Pair and connect again. Check for A2DP profile support.
Low volume. Increase volume on the Bluetooth® device.
Sound from the device is cut off. / Too much noise. / Sound quality is bad. Ensure good signal strength, not in communication range. Remove obstacles. Switch off other wireless LAN devices.
The voice of the person on the other end of the call is small. Increase volume on the Bluetooth® device.
Cannot make a phone call. Check for HFP profile support on the Bluetooth® device. Check and adjust audio settings on the telephone.
