Charging

  1. Connect the charging cradle to a computer using the supplied USB charging cord.
  2. Place the earphones into the charging cradle, ensuring correct L/R orientation.
  3. Earphone LEDs will illuminate white while charging and turn off when complete.

Turning the earphones on and off

  • On: Open the charging cradle lid.
  • Off: Place earphones in the cradle and close the lid.
  • Manual: Touch and hold the touch sensor (2 sec on, 5 sec off).
  • Auto: Powers off after 10 minutes of inactivity.

Connecting to a Bluetooth® device

  1. Remove both earphones from the cradle.
  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select "RZ-B210W".
  3. Pairing is complete when earphone LEDs blink blue.

Using the earphones

  • Music: Connect and select music/video on your device.
  • Touch controls: Play/pause, volume control, track skip, call management, voice assistant.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause / Solution
Does not connect with the Bluetooth® device. • Delete the registration information for this unit from the Bluetooth menu, etc., of the Bluetooth device, then pair again.
• If you want to connect to the other device, you have to disconnect the connected device.
• Please restore factory setting, if you cannot disconnect the present connected device.
The left and right batteries deplete at different rates. • There may be some difference between left and right due to signal and usage conditions.
Cannot charge the unit. • Make sure to charge in a room temperature between 10 °C and 35 °C.
• Is the unit already fully charged? The charging cradle LEDs will turn off immediately if the unit is fully charged.
• Have the earphones been put into the charging cradle correctly? (Rear page, B)
• If the earphone LEDs do not light white even after putting the earphones into the charging cradle, then there is no charge remaining in the charging cradle battery. First charge the charging cradle.
• Is the USB charging cord connected firmly to the USB terminal of the computer? (Rear page, B)
Cannot operate the earphones. • Try turning the power off and on. (Rear page, C)
The earphones do not turn on. • Touch and hold touch sensor for 2 sec, earphones turn on manually.
Charger LED at battery low • If charger cradle lid open at battery low, a left LED of charger is blink for 5 sec.
Charging stop by temperature error • When charging stop by that error, charger LED blink quickly until unplugged or recover the appropriate temperature.
• In case charger is unplugged USB cable, if charger case lid open/close or press button on charger, the charger LED blink quickly for 5 seconds.
