- Power Supply: Unit can be powered by AC adaptor, car adaptor (optional), or dry-cell batteries (AA x 2). Rechargeable batteries (RP-BP60 or SH-CDBBD) can also be used and recharged.
- Disc Handling: To remove a disc, open the lid and press the PUSH button. To store, place label side up. Avoid dirty or damaged discs.
- Basic Playback: Insert disc, close lid. Press PLAY (►II). Press STOP (■) to stop. Press HOLD to prevent accidental button presses.
- Playback Modes:
- Sequential Play: Plays tracks in order.
- Program Play: Allows programming up to 24 tracks in a specific sequence.
- Random Play: Plays tracks in random order.
- Resume Play: Resumes playback from where it was stopped.
- Repeat Function: Repeat one track (1) or all tracks (ALL).
- Controls: Use SKIP/SEARCH buttons to move between tracks. VOLUME controls headphone volume. XBS boosts low-range response.
Troubleshooting and error codes
