Installation
Receiver Location: Place the TV for comfortable viewing, avoiding direct sunlight and excessive heat/moisture. Keep magnetic equipment away.
External Equipment Connections: Use shielded video and audio cables. Ensure correct connector types and cable lengths.
AC Power Cord: Match the wide blade of the plug to the wide slot of the outlet and insert fully.
Remote Control Battery Installation: Install two "AA" batteries, observing polarity.
Antenna/Cable Connections: Connect an external antenna for VHF/UHF or cable from your provider. Set Antenna Mode accordingly.
Basic Operation
Power: Press POWER to turn ON or OFF.
Volume: Use VOL buttons to adjust sound level.
Channels: Use Keypad buttons or Channel Up/Down buttons to select channels.
Input Selection: Press TV/Video button to select TV or Video Inputs.
Menu Navigation
Press ACTION to access menus. Use arrow buttons (CH, VOL) to navigate and select options. Press ACTION again to enter sub-menus or exit.
Special Functions
R-Tune: Switches between the last two channels.
Recall: Displays time, Sleep Timer status, channel, video mode, caption, and audio mode.
Multi Button: Programmable to operate up to six remote functions simultaneously.
Cable Power Button: Operates selected Cable TV converter boxes.
Picture and Audio Adjustments
Access Picture and Audio menus via ACTION button. Adjust settings like brightness, contrast, color, tint, sharpness, bass, treble, and balance.
Timers and Locks
Sleep Timer: Sets automatic turn-off in 30, 60, or 90 minutes.
Program Timer: Turns the TV on/off at a predetermined time and channel.
Lock Game Guard: Prevents viewing of selected channels or video inputs for a set duration.
