Power ON/OFF
To turn the TV on: Plug the power cord into the wall outlet, then press the POWER switch on the TV or the POWER button on the remote control. The indicator light will turn red.
To turn the TV off (standby): Press the POWER switch on the TV or the POWER button on the remote control. The indicator light will turn off.
Note: The TV consumes some power as long as the power cord is inserted.
Menu Language Selection
In the SET UP menu, select IDIOMA/LANGUE to change the menu language to ENGLISH, ESPAÑOL (Spanish), or FRANÇAIS (French).
VHF, UHF and CATV Operation
- Press the remote control to operate the TV.
- Press the POWER button to turn the TV on.
- Press channel selection buttons to select the desired channel.
- Press volume buttons to select the desired volume level.
Note: Channel and volume settings are retained after the TV is turned off.
