Turning On/Off: Use the power button or open/close the LCD monitor.
Selecting Modes: Switch between Recording and Playback modes using the recording/playback button. Within Recording mode, use the touch screen to switch between Motion Picture and Still Picture recording.
Touch Screen: Operate by touching icons or sliding your finger. The Touch Menu provides access to various settings.
Setting Date/Time: Access the menu via SETUP, then CLOCK SET to adjust the date and time.
Camera Positioning: Hold the unit with both hands, use the grip belt, and ensure stable footing. For outdoor recording, position yourself with the sun behind you.
