Switching on/off: Connect the mains plug. Move the On/Off switch (A 2) to position "I" for operation or "O" to switch off.
Washer function: Turn on the appliance. Move the pump switch (3) to position "1" to switch on, or "0" to switch off.
Dry vacuuming: Use with the paper filter bag (12). Fold the flaps of the bag, unfold and invert it over the suction fitting. Ensure the sealing ring encloses the arm on the suction nozzle.
Wet suctioning: Attach the water tank (A 19). Place the foam filter (11) on the filter basket (4a). Insert dry filters only. Twist the edge of the filter slightly before inserting. Suction up water by placing the hose into the water tank. Empty the dirt container immediately after use.
Carpet cleaning: Use the washer nozzle (23 or 24). Place the foam filter (11) on the filter basket (4a). Fill the water tank (19) with fresh water. Move the nozzle over the carpet/upholstery and press the spray function lever (15a) to spray.
