Switching the vacuum cleaner on/off: Connect the mains plug. Move the On/Off switch (A 2) to the "I" position for permanent operation, and to the "O" position to switch off.
Washer function: Turn the appliance on. Move the pump switch (3) to position "1" to switch on. Move it to "O" to switch off. Turn the appliance off after use.
Dry vacuuming: Use with a paper filter bag (12) or a fine dust filter bag (optional). Ensure the filter bag is correctly fitted.
Wet suctioning: Always attach the water tank (19). Place the foam filter (11) onto the filter basket (4a). Insert dry filters only. Twist the edge of the filter slightly and roll it back. To drain, place the suction hose (16) into the water tank and suction up water. Empty the dirt container immediately after use.
Carpet cleaning: Use with the upholstery washer nozzle (A 23) or the hard surface washer nozzle (A 24). Attach the nozzle, then push the trigger on the handle (15a) to spray. Move in strokes, overlapping for thorough cleaning.
