Cameras are guaranteed against defects for twelve months from purchase, provided they are not abused, altered, or operated contrary to instructions.
1. Set Film Speed: Depress the pin next to the rewind knob and turn the outer ring of the film speed indicator to match your film's ASA number with the index mark.
2. Cock Rapid-Wind Lever: Move the lever fully until it stops. The "Cocked" indicator turns red.
3. Set Shutter Speed: Turn the shutter speed dial so your desired speed aligns with the index mark. The blue needle in the viewfinder shows the selected speed.
4. Compose and Focus: Look through the viewfinder and turn the focusing ring until the subject is sharp.
5. Turn on Light Meter: Depress the shutter button halfway. The light meter activates, and the black needle should align with the blue one for correct exposure. Adjust the diaphragm ring or shutter speed if needed.
6. Release Shutter: Hold the camera firmly and trip the shutter. Cock the lever again for the next shot.
