Installation

  • Unpack accessories: power supply lead, signal output cable, remote control handset, batteries.
  • Remove transit clamps from the player's bottom.
  • Position the player: free-standing on a flat surface, in an audio rack, or stacked (preferably at bottom or top). Ensure adequate ventilation.
  • Connect: Signal output cable (red/black or white plugs) to amplifier's CD or AUX input. Mains lead to player and then to mains socket.

Operation

  • Press ON/OFF to switch the player on/off.
  • Press OPEN/CLOSE to open/close the disc tray.
  • Load disc label-side up in the tray.
  • Press PLAY/REPLAY to start playback.
  • Use TRACK NEXT/PREV. TRACK to move between tracks.
  • Use INDEX NEXT/PREV. INDEX to move between index points within a track.
  • Use SEARCH keys for fast searching within a track.
  • Press PAUSE to hold play at the start of a track or passage.
  • Press REPEAT to repeat the entire disc.
  • Press STOP/CM to stop playback.

Programming

  • Store desired tracks in short-term memory using PROGRAM key.
  • Transfer selections to FTS memory for permanent storage.
