| No sound from home theater speakers. | Connect the audio cable from your home theater to your TV or other devices. Set up the audio for the connected device. Reset your home theater to its factory settings. Press SOURCE repeatedly to select the correct audio input. |
| Distorted sound or echo. | If playing audio from TV, ensure TV is muted. |
| Audio and video are not synchronized. | Press and hold AUDIO SYNC, then use Navigation buttons to synchronize. |
| Cannot play a disc. | Clean the disc. Ensure disc type and region code are supported. Finalize DVD±RW or DVD±R discs. |
| Cannot play a DivX file. | Ensure DivX file is encoded correctly and complete. Check subtitles. |
| Cannot read USB storage device. | Check USB device format and file system compatibility. |
| 'No entry' or 'x' sign appears on TV. | Operation not possible. |
| EasyLink does not work. | Ensure EasyLink is enabled on both devices. To use independently, switch off EasyLink. |
