Check the 1st pin of IC1501 which location is U1 if it has DC 27V input
3 Has not voice form the AUX MP3 COAXIAL Check the L58 L59 L64 whether has DC 3.3V Check the 3rd pin of IC CX1084 which location is U3 if it has DC 5V
Replace the U13 IC(AMC1117-3.3V
4 Can not read USB Device Check the P2 pins connector whether has DC 5V Check if it has DC 5V
Check the Q16 Audion Collector whether has DC 0V Check Base Polarity is DC 0.6V
Replace the new Q16 2N3904 Audion
