Power on/off

Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the headphones on or off.

Manage your calls and music

Use the MFB button for play/pause, pick up calls, and hang up/reject calls. Use '+' and '-' buttons for volume control and track selection.

Voice Assistant

Press and hold the MFB button for 1 second to trigger Siri or Google Assistant.

LED Indicator Status

Blue LED indicates connection, flashing blue/white indicates pairing mode, and blinking white indicates low battery.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Solution
Headphones do not turn on The battery level is low. Charge the headphones.
Cannot pair with Bluetooth device Bluetooth is disabled. Enable Bluetooth on your device and turn on headphones.
Cannot control music Ensure Bluetooth audio source supports AVRCP.
Low volume Some devices do not sync volume. Adjust volume on Bluetooth device independently.
Bluetooth device cannot find headphones Headphones may be connected to another device. Turn off other device or move out of range.
Music plays on phone speaker Select to listen through headphones in your mobile phone's settings.
Poor audio quality/crackling Device is out of range. Reduce distance or remove obstacles. Charge headphones.
