Power on/off
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the headphones on or off.
Manage your calls and music
Use the MFB button for play/pause, pick up calls, and hang up/reject calls. Use '+' and '-' buttons for volume control and track selection.
Voice Assistant
Press and hold the MFB button for 1 second to trigger Siri or Google Assistant.
LED Indicator Status
Blue LED indicates connection, flashing blue/white indicates pairing mode, and blinking white indicates low battery.
Troubleshooting and error codes
| Issue | Solution |

| Headphones do not turn on | The battery level is low. Charge the headphones. |
| Cannot pair with Bluetooth device | Bluetooth is disabled. Enable Bluetooth on your device and turn on headphones. |
| Cannot control music | Ensure Bluetooth audio source supports AVRCP. |
| Low volume | Some devices do not sync volume. Adjust volume on Bluetooth device independently. |
| Bluetooth device cannot find headphones | Headphones may be connected to another device. Turn off other device or move out of range. |
| Music plays on phone speaker | Select to listen through headphones in your mobile phone's settings. |
| Poor audio quality/crackling | Device is out of range. Reduce distance or remove obstacles. Charge headphones. |
