Connect the supplied audio cable to the headphones and external audio device.
Pair with two devices (e.g., mobile phone and notebook).
On/off: Press and hold power button for 2 seconds.
Music control: Use Touch Pad (Tap 2 times to play/pause, swipe up/down for volume, swipe front/back for track selection).
Call control: Use Touch Pad (Tap 2 times to pick up, touch 1 second to reject/hang up, tap 2 times to answer new call, touch 1 second to reject new call, tap 2 times to switch calls).
ANC control: Press ANC Mode button once to toggle ANC ON/OFF or Awareness mode.

| How to reset pairing. | Pairing corrupted. | Press and hold both Power + ANC button for 3 seconds, the LED lights up blue and then blue and white leds flash alternately. |
| I hear but cannot control music on my Bluetooth device (e.g. play/pause/skip forward/backward). | Audio source does not support AVRCP. | Make sure the Bluetooth audio source supports AVRCP (see ‘Technical data’ on page 8). |
| The volume level of the headphones are too low. | Volume sync issue. | Some Bluetooth devices cannot link the volume level with the headphones through volume sync. In this case, you have to adjust the volume on your Bluetooth device independently to achieve an appropriate volume level. |
| The Bluetooth device cannot find the headphones. | Headphones connected to another device or pairing reset. | The headphones may be connected to a previously paired device. Turn off the connected device or move it out of range. Pairing may have been reset or the headphones have been previously paired with another device. Pair the headphones with the Bluetooth device again as described in the user manual. (see ‘Pair the headphones with your Bluetooth device at the first time' on page 6). |
