| Cannot pair with Bluetooth device. | Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Delete 'Philips TAT1108' from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair. Ensure no other Bluetooth devices are connected. |
| Bluetooth device cannot find earpieces. | Earpieces might be connected to another device. Turn off the other device or move it out of range. Reset pairing if necessary. |
| Music plays on phone speaker, not earpieces. | Refer to your phone's manual to select audio output through earpieces. |
| Poor audio quality or crackling. | Move closer to your Bluetooth device, remove obstacles, or charge the earpieces. |
| Poor audio quality when streaming, slow or no connection. | Ensure your phone supports HFP and A2DP profiles and is BT4.0x or higher compatible. |
| Right and left earpieces disconnected. | Place both earpieces in the charging box with the cover open. Shortly press the casing button 3 times. |
