Get Started

  • Charge the battery: Before first use, charge the earpieces and charging case for 2 hours for optimal battery capacity. Use the provided USB-C cable.
  • How to wear: Select the right ear tip size for a secure and comfortable fit. Insert the earpieces into your ears and twist gently.
  • Pairing: Ensure earpieces are charged and powered off. Remove them from the case to power on and enter pairing mode. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select 'Philips TAT1207'. Enter '0000' if prompted.
  • Single earpiece (Mono mode): Use either earpiece by taking it out of the charging case.

Use your earpieces

  • Connect: Turn on Bluetooth on your device and open the charging case. Earpieces will automatically search and reconnect.
  • Power on/off: Earpieces power on when removed from the case and power off when returned.
  • Music control: Press the multi-function button once to play/pause, twice for next track. Volume adjusted via mobile phone.
  • Call control: Press once to pick up/hang up calls. Press and hold for 2 seconds to reject calls.
  • Voice Assistant: Press and hold the left earpiece button for 2 seconds to trigger Siri/Google Assistant. Press once to stop.

LED Indicator Status

  • Earpieces: White blinking (connected), blue/white flashing (pairing), blue blinking (not connected).
  • Charging Case: Amber lights (battery low), white lights (adequate battery).

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Earpieces do not turn on The battery level is low. Charge the earpieces.
Cannot pair earpieces Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Delete 'Philips TAT1207' from the Bluetooth list and re-pair.
Pairing does not work Put both earpieces in the charging case. Disable Bluetooth on previously connected devices. Re-pair as described in the manual.
Bluetooth device cannot find earpieces Earpieces may be connected to another device. Turn off the other device or move it out of range. Reset pairing if necessary.
Music only plays on phone speaker Refer to your phone's manual to select listening through earpieces.
Poor audio quality/crackling noise Check Bluetooth range. Reduce distance or remove obstacles. Charge earpieces.
Poor audio quality during streaming Ensure your phone supports HSP/HFP and A2DP, and is BT4.0x or higher compatible. Clean headphones regularly.
