| No Picture (Power LED not lit) | Ensure power cord is plugged in. Ensure the power button is ON. |

| Screen says "Attention" | Check cable connection. Ensure monitor cable is properly connected. Check for bent pins. Ensure computer is ON. |
| AUTO button doesn't function | Applicable only in VGA-Analog mode. Manual adjustments via OSD are possible. |
| Visible signs of smoke or sparks | Disconnect power immediately and contact customer service. |
| Image is not centered | Use "Auto" function in OSD Main Controls or Phase/Clock in Setup (VGA mode only). |
| Image vibrates on the screen | Check signal cable connection to graphics board or PC. |
| Vertical flicker appears | Use "Auto" function in OSD Main Controls or Phase/Clock in Setup (VGA mode only) to eliminate vertical bars. |
| Horizontal flicker appears | Use "Auto" function in OSD Main Controls. |
| Image appears blurred, indistinct or too dark | Adjust contrast and brightness on OSD. Activate screen saver or periodic screen refresh to prevent burn-in. |
| Image appears distorted. Text is fuzzy or blurred. | Set PC's display resolution to the monitor's recommended native resolution. |
| Green, red, blue, dark, and white dots appear on the screen | These are normal characteristics of the liquid crystal. Refer to pixel policy. |
| "Power on" light too strong | Adjust using Power LED Setup in OSD Main Controls. |
