Troubleshooting and error codes
| Symptom | What to do |
|---|---|
| "Ghosts" or double images | Check antenna obstructions; use directional antenna. |
| No power | Check power cord connection; unplug, wait 60s, plug back in, press power. |
| No picture | Check antenna connection; possible TV station issue; adjust Brightness/Contrast; check Closed Caption settings; check HDMI source. |
| No sound | Increase Volume; check MUTE; TV may auto-mute if no signal detected. |
| Good sound, but poor picture | Adjust Contrast, Brightness, Color; try another Smart Picture setting. |
| Distorted picture | Check HDMI connection. |
| Noisy image and sound | Check antenna connection. |
| TV does not react to remote control | Check remote batteries; clean remote sensor; ensure within 6m range; check remote mode. |
| Peripheral equipment control | Infrared signals may affect other equipment; recharge batteries of peripheral device. |
| Unstable or unsynchronized VGA image | Check PC VGA mode selection. |
| Standby | TV consumes < 2W in standby. |
