To switch on: If standby indicator is off, press POWER on the side. If red, press STANDBY-ON on the remote.
To switch to standby: Press STANDBY-ON on the remote. The indicator turns red.
To switch off: Press POWER on the side. The indicator turns off.
Use P +/- or P/CH +/- on the remote/side. Enter channel number. Use the channel grid (OK button).
Press SOURCE to see the list, use navigation buttons to select a device, and OK to confirm.
Use +/- buttons for volume. Press MUTE to silence the sound.
Press MHEG/TELETEXT. Use numeric buttons, P+/-, Colour buttons, or BACK to navigate pages.

| TV does not switch on | Disconnect and reconnect power cable. Check cable connection. |

| Forgot TV lock code | Enter '8888'. |
| Menu in wrong language | Change to preferred language. |
| Creaking sound | Normal expansion/contraction. No action required. |
| 'e-sticker' banner | Set TV location to Home in Setup > Installation > Preferences > Location. |
| Channels not appearing | Check correct channel list selected. Ensure TV supports DVB-T/Lite/C. Select correct country during installation. |
| No picture | Check antenna connection. Check correct source is selected. |
| Sound but no picture | Check picture settings. |
| Poor reception | Check antenna connection. Improve antenna direction. Fine tune channel. |
| Poor picture quality from devices | Check device connections. Check picture settings. |
| Picture settings not saved | Check TV location is set to Home. |
| Picture doesn't fit screen | Try different picture format. Check device signal output. |
| Poor sound quality | Check cables. Check volume is not 0. Check sound is not muted. |
| Sound from one speaker | Verify sound balance is set to center. |
| HDMI issues | HDCP support may delay display. Try switching source. Check HDMI device output settings. Connect audio cable for HDMI-to-DVI. |
| Computer connection issues | Check PC uses supported resolution/refresh rate. Set picture format to unscaled. |
