Troubleshooting and error codes

| TV does not switch on | Unplug mains cord, wait one minute, plug in again. Verify mains connection and power. |
| Remote control not working | Check battery orientation, replace batteries, clean lens. |
| Standby light blinks red | Turn off TV, unplug cord, let cool down, reconnect. Contact support if it persists. |
| Forgot Child lock code | Enter '8888'. |
| TV menu in wrong language | See Section 6.1 for changing language. |
| Creaking sound when switching TV | Normal expansion/contraction, no action required. |
| Channels not appearing | Verify correct list selected, check Rearrange menu, verify DVB-T support. |
| No digital channels found | Verify DVB-T support in your country. |
