Warranty Information

Philips guarantees displays with an unacceptable number of pixel defects will be repaired or replaced under warranty.

Monitor Setup

1. Installation: Unpack all contents. Connect Stand/Base, I/O Cover, and Power adapter. Connect DP or HDMI cables as needed.

2. Base Installation: Place monitor face down on a cushion. Attach the stand to the VESA mount area until it latches. Secure the base with screws. Carefully erect the monitor.

3. Connecting to PC: Connect the power cord. Turn off and unplug your computer. Connect the monitor signal cable. Plug in power cords. Slide the I/O cover into place. Turn on your computer and monitor.

4. USB C Driver Installation: Install LAN driver for RJ45 if needed. Reboot computer after installation.

5. USB Hub: USB ports are disabled during Standby/Off. Enable "USB standby mode" in OSD to keep USB function ON.

6. USB Charging: Monitor must be powered ON. Enable "USB Standby Mode" to ON for charging in sleep/standby mode.

Operating the Monitor

Control Buttons: Power ON/OFF, Access OSD menu, Adjust OSD, User preference key, Change signal source, Return to previous OSD level, SmartImage hotkey.

Webcam: Pops up for Windows Hello facial recognition. Enable via KVM section in OSD menu.

MultiClient Integrated KVM: Control two PCs with one set of peripherals. Switch sources via OSD menu.

MultiView: View multiple content sources simultaneously. Choose PIP or PBP mode via OSD menu.

Image Optimization

SmartImage: Presets optimize display for different content (EasyRead, Office, Photo, Movie, Game, Economy, LowBlue Mode, SmartUniformity, Off). Select via hotkey.

SmartContrast: Dynamically optimizes contrast and backlight for visual clarity.

Troubleshooting and error codes

ProblemSolution
No Picture (Power LED not lit) Ensure power cord is plugged in. Turn power button ON.
No Picture (Power LED is White) Ensure computer is ON. Check signal cable connection. Check for bent pins. Energy Saving feature might be activated.
Screen says "Check cable connection" Ensure display cable is properly connected. Check for bent pins. Ensure computer is ON.
Visible signs of smoke or sparks Disconnect power immediately. Contact customer service.
Image appears blurred, indistinct or too dark Adjust contrast and brightness in OSD.
"After-image", "burn-in", or "ghost image" remains Activate screen saver or periodic screen refresh. Damage from failure to do so is not covered by warranty.
Image appears distorted. Text is fuzzy or blurred. Set PC's display resolution to the monitor's recommended native resolution.
Green, red, blue, dark, and white dots appear These are normal characteristics of liquid crystal. Refer to pixel policy.
"Power on" light is too strong Adjust "power on" light using OSD Setup in Main Controls.
