Common Problems Troubleshooting Steps
No Picture (Power LED not lit)
  • Ensure the power cord is plugged into the outlet and monitor.
  • Turn the power button ON.
No Picture (Power LED is White)
  • Make sure the computer is turned on.
  • Check signal cable connection and ensure it is properly connected.
  • Inspect monitor cable for bent pins; repair or replace if necessary.
  • The Energy Saving feature may be activated.
Screen says 'Cannot display this video mode'
  • Set PC resolution to 3440 x 1440.
  • Unplug and reconnect cables.
  • Adjust desktop area and refresh rate (60 Hz) in Windows settings.
  • Restart PC and monitor.
Auto button doesn't function
  • Applicable only in VGA-Analog mode.
  • Manual adjustments via OSD menu are available.
Visible signs of smoke or sparks

Green, red, blue, dark, and white dots appear on the screen

"Power on" light is too strong and is disturbing
  • Adjust the "power on" light using the Power LED Setup in OSD Main Controls.
