  • Record Video: Switch mode to video, hold steady, aim lens, press shutter to start recording (red indicator), press again to stop.
  • Take Pictures: Switch mode to photo, hold steady, aim lens, press shutter halfway for focus, press completely to take picture.
  • Play Files: Switch to play mode, select picture/video, press play for video.
  • Delete Files: Select file, enter delete mode, confirm deletion.
  • View on TV: Connect via HDMI cable to TV.
  • Software Installation: Connect camcorder to PC, run setup.
  • Transfer to PC/Mac: Connect camcorder, find files in My Computer, copy to PC/Mac.
  • Adjust Settings: Access settings menu, navigate and select options for time, language, resolution, etc.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
No response Camcorder in power-off mode. Turn on camcorder.
Battery drained. Charge the battery.
[Memory full!] displayed Micro SD card not inserted correctly. Ensure card is inserted correctly.
Memory used up. Save files to computer and delete from camcorder, or clear memory.
No access to folders from computer USB connection incorrect. Ensure correct USB connection.
Camcorder turned off automatically. Press ►II to turn on again.
Blurry video/pictures Camcorder not held steady. Hold camcorder steady.
Camcorder moved too fast during capture. Avoid fast movements.
Not using a tripod when necessary. Use a tripod if necessary.
Distorted video/pictures on TV Incorrect TV system selected. Select the correct TV system.
Camcorder stopped responding System error. Manually reset the camcorder using the reset button under the HDMI cover.
