Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Phone not charging If the battery is completely drained, wait a few minutes for the charging icon to appear. Ensure the correct charger is used and the battery contacts are clean.
Unclear photos Ensure the camera lens is clean on both sides.
Phone won't turn on Re-insert the battery, charge it until the indicator appears, then try turning it on.
Screen displays 'Locked' Enter your PIN or unlock code. If forgotten, contact your service provider.
Screen displays 'IMSI Error' Contact your operator as this relates to your service.
Phone not returning to standby screen Press and hold the End key, or turn the phone off and on. Check SIM card and battery installation.

Key unresponsive or slow Screen may be slow in very low temperatures; this is normal and does not affect operation. Try in a warmer environment. Consult your phone provider for other issues.

Caller ID not displayed Depends on network service. If not sent by the network, it may show as 'Private' or 'Anonymous'. Contact operator for details.
