  • Making a call: Answer calls by pressing the talk key. End calls by pressing the talk key again or replacing the handset. Dial numbers directly or predial before calling. Access contacts via the phonebook.
  • Adjusting volume: Use the volume keys for earpiece or loudspeaker.
  • Handsfree: Activate or deactivate loudspeaker using specific keys.
  • Redial list: Access, call, or delete numbers from the last 5 called.
  • Phonebook: Store contacts in family or friends phonebooks. Create, change, or delete entries.
  • Call log: View received calls (answered, unanswered, voicemail). Call back numbers or delete entries.
  • Intercom: Make internal calls, transfer external calls, or page handsets.
  • Answerphone: Activate/deactivate, play messages, record outgoing messages, select modes, and screen calls.
  • Remote access: Remotely control the answerphone using a key and tone dialling.
  • Customisation: Program phone settings, answerphone options, ringer settings, and melodies.
  • Handset registration: Register or unregister handsets to the base station.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Too far from the base station
Battery pack is low (low battery icon is displayed).

Move closer to the base

- When the handset is placed on the charging unit, no beep is heard.The handset is not placed correctly on the base station charging unit.
Charging contacts are dirty.
Take the handset off the base station and put it back again.
Clean them with a clean and dry cloth.
Battery icon remains empty although the handset has charged for 24 hours.Handset battery pack is defective.Please contact your PHILIPS dealer in order to purchase new rechargeable battery pack.
No symbol on the display.Battery pack is uncharged.

- Try to plug the base station in elsewhere.
