Troubleshooting and error codes

Indication Possible Cause Remedy
Viewfinder displays "" Exhausted Battery Pack attached Attach a charged Battery Pack.
When the tape is taken out, the Tape Length Indication in the Viewfinder changes automatically to "30".
If the cassette has been taken out: After inserting the cassette, perform the playback operation (page 36) to search for the point where the new recording is to be joined. Press the [VCR/CAMERA] Button so that the "CAMERA" Indication Lamp lights up. Then perform the above operation.
