| The phone does not switch on | Remove/reinstall the battery. Charge the phone until the battery icon stops scrolling. Unplug from charger and try to switch on the phone. |

| Your phone doesn't return to the idle screen | Long press the hangup key or switch off the phone, check that the SIM card and the battery have been installed correctly and switch it on again. |
| The network symbol is not displayed | The network connection is lost. Check for radio shadow or network coverage area. Try from another place, check the antenna, or contact your network operator. |
| The display doesn't respond (or the display responds slowly) to key presses | Display may respond slowly at very low temperatures. Take the phone to a warmer place. In other cases, contact your phone supplier. |
| Your battery seems to over heat | Ensure you are using the Philips authentic accessory shipped with your phone. |
