Basic Operation

The PDR-W839 is a Compact Disc Recorder and Multi-CD Changer. Key operations include:

  • Disc Tray Control: OPEN/CLOSE buttons to open/close individual disc trays or the main changer tray.
  • CD Selection: CD SELECT buttons to choose and play discs from the changer.
  • CD-R Recording: CD-R START/REC THIS to initiate copying from discs or tracks. REC MODE allows selection of copy modes (disc, track, program). ERASE function for track or disc deletion. FINALIZE prepares a disc for playback on other players. SYNCHRO enables synchro-recording. AUTO SPACE automatically adjusts track spacing. NAME allows CD text naming. MENU/DELETE accesses preference options and deletes characters.
