Basic Operation
Power On/Standby: Press the STANDBY/ON button to turn the player on or put it into standby mode.
Disc Playback: Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the disc tray, insert a disc, and then press OPEN/CLOSE again. Press the PLAY button (►) to start playback. Press PAUSE (II) to pause and again to resume.
Navigation: Use the ENTER & cursor buttons (↑↓←→) to navigate on-screen menus. Press ENTER to select an option or execute a command.
Menu Access: Press TOP MENU to display the DVD disc's top menu. Press MENU to display a DVD disc menu or the Disc Navigator for other disc types (VR format DVD-RW, CD, MP3, WMA, JPEG).
Stopping Playback: Press the STOP button (■) to stop playback. Press PLAY (►) to resume from the same point.
Fast Scan/Seek: Use the << and >> buttons (hold) for reverse/forward slow motion and fast scanning. Use the << and >> buttons (press) to jump to the previous/next chapter or track.
