- Starting up the unit: Turn the ignition ON. Select language, speaker mode, accept legal disclaimer, and press OK to reach the top menu.
- Navigation setup: Press the menu icon, then touch Navigation. Select language and accept terms. Follow prompts for voice guidance, unit settings, and route planning.
- Using the touch panel: Touch keys directly on the screen. Use arrow keys to navigate lists and screens.
- Map screen: Displays navigation information including street names, next maneuver, distance, and route progress. AV information bar at the bottom.
- Changing scale: Press menu, then Settings > Navigation Map > Map Display > Viewpoint > Manual. Drag to adjust.
Troubleshooting and error codes
