Protecting the LCD panel and screen

Do not expose the LCD to direct sunlight. Keep cell phone antennas away from the screen. Touch the panel keys gently with your finger.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Possible Cause Solution
Navigation system screen is blank. The navigation system is not powered on. Connect the power cord securely.
Cannot receive GPS signal. The GPS antenna is not connected or is obstructed. Connect the GPS antenna securely. Ensure it is not obstructed.
Navigation system is slow or freezes. The system is overloaded or has a software issue. Restart the navigation system. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
Audio is distorted. Volume is too high or there is an issue with the audio source. Lower the volume. Try a different audio source. Check connections.
Bluetooth connection fails. Device not discoverable or pairing issue. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices. Try re-pairing. Check device compatibility.
