System Setup:

Arrange components as shown in Fig. 1 for optimal performance. Ensure speakers are not touching other components to avoid vibration interference. Allow the unit to acclimate to room temperature for about an hour if moved from cold to warm conditions.

Connecting Components:

Follow the connection diagrams on pages 8-17. Key connections include:

  • Antenna (AM loop and FM) to the tuner.
  • Tuner output to amplifier's TUNER jack.
  • Speaker cords to amplifier and speakers (+ to +, - to -).
  • CD player, cassette deck, and other components to their respective jacks on the amplifier.
  • Optical cable for CD player output.

General Notes:

  • Plug the power cord into the wall socket only after all other connections are made.
  • Handle optical cables with care to prevent damage.
  • Ensure all plugs are inserted securely into jacks.
