Warranty Information

The warranty period is 24 months.

Basic Operation:
Power On/Off: Press SRC/OFF to turn on; press and hold SRC/OFF to turn off.
Volume: Turn the M.C. dial.
Source Selection: Press SRC/OFF repeatedly.
Display Information: Press DISP/DISP OFF repeatedly.
Front Panel Removal: Detach the front panel to prevent theft. Disconnect cables and turn off the unit before detaching.
Bluetooth Connection: Navigate to BT SETUP to pair devices. PIN code may be required.
Audio Playback (USB/AUX/Bluetooth): Connect device, select source, and use playback controls.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Possible Cause / Solution
Display returns to normal automatically. No operation for 30 seconds. Perform an operation.
Repeat play range changes unexpectedly. Select repeat play range again.
A subfolder is not played back. Subfolders cannot be played when [FLD] (folder repeat) is selected. Select another repeat play range.
Sound is intermittent. Possible interference from other devices. Move electrical devices away from the unit.
Bluetooth audio source not playing. Call in progress on Bluetooth phone, or phone is being operated. Stop using phone or wait for call to end. Re-establish Bluetooth connection if necessary.
Error Messages:
AMP ERR Unit failure or incorrect speaker connection. Check speaker connection. Turn ignition OFF/ON. Contact dealer if message persists.
NO XXXX (e.g., NO TITLE) No embedded text information. Switch display or play another track/file.
USB Device Errors:
READING Delay between start of playback and hearing sound. Wait for message to disappear.
NO AUDIO No songs. Transfer audio files or disable USB security.
SKIPPED DRM protected files. Protected files are skipped.
PROTECT All files contain DRM. Replace USB device.
N/A USB Unsupported USB device. Replace with a compatible device.
HUB ERR USB hub not supported. Connect directly.
CHEK USB USB connector/cable short-circuited or device consumes too much current. Check cable, disconnect device. Turn ignition OFF/ON. Connect compliant devices only.
ERROR-19 Communication failed. Turn ignition OFF/ON, disconnect USB, or change source.
ERROR-23 USB device not formatted properly. Format with FAT12, FAT16, or FAT32.
STOP No songs in current list. Select a list with songs.
Bluetooth Device Errors:
ERROR-10 Bluetooth module power failure. Turn ignition OFF/ON (ACC or ON).
