Syncing the Power Racer 270 with the Xbox 360

  1. Ensure the Xbox 360 is turned on. Press and hold the 'Start' and 'Guide' buttons on the Power Racer 270 until the Player Number Indicator Lights flash.
  2. Press the 'Sync' button on the front of the Xbox 360 to complete the syncing process.
  3. The Power Racer 270 and Xbox 360 will synchronize automatically, assigning a player number indicated by a static Player Number Indicator Light.

Connecting the Pedal Base

  1. Position the pedal base and connect the Pedal Base Connection Cable to the rear of the Power Racer 270.
  2. Ensure the cable is oriented correctly and push it in until it clips. To remove, pull the arm on the connector inwards and then pull the connector outwards.

Charging the Power Racer 270

  1. Connect the larger end of the USB Data/Charge Cable to a free USB port on your Xbox 360.
  2. Connect the mini USB end to the Power Racer 270. Player Number Indicator Lights will fill up sequentially, and the Battery Indicator Light will flash red during charging.
  3. Once charging is complete, the Player Number Indicator Lights will be static, and the Battery Indicator Light will be static green. Disconnect the cable.

Setting the Power Racer 270 to On or Off

  1. To turn on, press and hold the 'Start' or 'Guide' button for a few seconds until the Player Number Indicator Lights flash.
  2. If synchronized, one Player Number Indicator Light will remain static. If lights continue to flash, refer to the 'Syncing' section.
  3. The wheel powers off automatically when the Xbox 360 turns off. To manually turn off, press and hold the 'Guide' button and select the option to turn off the controller.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
If the equipment causes harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna
Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver
Connect the equipment to an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help
