Memory Card Installation:

Ensure the microSD card is correctly oriented and insert it into the video recorder while the external power is off. Press until you hear a click.

Video Recorder Installation:

  1. Choose a mounting location.
  2. Insert the magnetic suction-cup holder into the mounting slot.
  3. Remove the protective film from the suction cup.
  4. Install the suction cup and clamp the mechanism.
  5. Connect the car charger cable to the USB Type-C power connector.
  6. Connect the charger to the vehicle's power source.

Video Recorder Operation:

The video recorder automatically starts cyclic recording when the engine starts. The status LED will turn blue. When the engine turns off, the recorder saves the last video file and stops. You can also manually turn the device on/off by pressing the power button for a long time.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Device does not turn on Check the power connection.
Video file not recording Memory card is full of protected files. Delete unnecessary files or format the card.
Video recordings not viewable Card is faulty or does not meet minimum requirements. Use a microSD card (SDHC/SDXC) with at least 10 MB/s read/write speed, up to 128 GB (Class 10 or higher recommended).
Playback message "File Error" MicroSD card is faulty. Delete the video file or format the card and check for damaged sectors.
Fuzzy image Clean the camera lens. Ensure maximum video recording resolution is set.
GPS not working correctly Potential interference. May not work in enclosed spaces or cars with metallized windshields.
Device not responding to buttons Operating system may be malfunctioning. Restart the device. If the issue persists, contact a service center.
