Installation of the memory card: Observe the correct orientation of the microSD card and insert it into the video recorder with the external power turned off. Press until you hear a click. Video recorder installation: Choose a place to mount the video recorder. Insert the magnetic suction-cup holder into the mounting slot. Loosen the mechanism holding the suction cup, install the suction cup and clamp the mechanism. Connect the car charger cable to the USB Type-C power connector of the video recorder and connect the charger to a vehicle power source. Video recorder operation: When the engine starts, the video recorder automatically starts cyclic recording. When the engine turns off, it saves the last video file and stops. Long-pressing the power button can also turn the device on/off manually.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Possible Cause Solution
The device does not turn on. Device not connected to power source. Check that the device is connected to a power source.
Video file is not being recorded. Memory card is full of files protected from being overwritten or deleted. Delete unnecessary files via the recordings menu or format the memory card.
Video recordings are not viewable. Faulty card. Card speed or capacity does not meet minimum requirements. Use a microSD card (SDHC/SDXC) with a read/write speed of at least 10 MB/s up to 128 GB (Class 10 or higher recommended).
Playback message: "File Error". Faulty microSD card. Delete the playback video file as it was damaged. If none of the recorded files play, format the microSD card and check for damaged sectors.
Fuzzy image. Dirty camera lens. Incorrect resolution setting. Clean the camera lens. Ensure the maximum video recording resolution is set in the settings.
Device does not respond to buttons. Operating system not working properly. Restart the device. If the issue persists, contact a specialized service center.
