Memory card installation

Observe the correct orientation of the microSD card (not included) and insert it into the video recorder with the external power turned off. Press until you hear a click.

Video recorder installation

1. Choose a place to mount the video recorder. 2. Insert the magnetic suction-cup holder into the mounting slot. 3. Remove the protective film from the sticky surface of the suction cup holder. 4. Loosen the mechanism holding the suction cup. Install the suction cup and clamp the mechanism. 5. Connect the car charger cable to the USB Type-C power connector. 6. Connect the charger to a vehicle power source (cigarette lighter socket). To permanently place the video recorder, use the 3M tape mount.

Video recorder operation

When the engine starts, the video recorder automatically starts cyclic recording. The status LED turns blue. When the engine turns off, the video recorder saves the last video file and stops. You can also turn the device on/off manually by pressing the power button for a long time.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause and Solution
Device does not turn on. Check if the device is connected to a power source.
Video file not recorded. The memory card is full of files protected from overwriting or deletion. Delete unnecessary files via the recordings menu or format the memory card.
Video recordings not viewable. The card is faulty or does not meet minimum requirements. Use a microSD card (SDHC/SDXC) with a read/write speed of at least 10 MB/s up to 128 GB (Class 10 or higher recommended).
"File Error" message during playback. MicroSD card is faulty. Delete the video file or format the card and check for damaged sectors.
Fuzzy image. Check lens cleanliness. Ensure maximum video recording resolution is set.
GPS not working correctly. Potential interference or enclosed spaces. Consider windshield coating issues. Restart the device.
Device does not respond to buttons. The operating system may be malfunctioning. Restart the device. If the issue persists, contact a service center.
