Powering On/Off: Position the device using the suction/3M mount and press the Power button to turn it on. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off. The device can also turn on automatically when connected to the car charger and the car engine starts, and will save the last file and turn off when the engine stops.
Charging: Connect the device to the car charger. Charging begins when the car engine is on. The device will automatically turn on and start recording. Fully charging takes approximately 2-3 hours.
Inserting Micro SD Card: Insert a Micro SD card (not included) into the slot before recording. Gently push to insert and remove.
Recording: Select Video Mode. Press the Record button to start recording. Recorded files are saved on the SD card. Press Record again or stop the car engine to stop recording. Press the Mode button to lock the current file.
Taking Pictures: Select Picture Mode. Press the Record button to take a photo. Use the up/down buttons to zoom in/out.
Troubleshooting and error codes
