  • TWAIN Function: Import images directly from the camera's storage into compatible graphic applications.
  • Direct Upload: Send images directly to a specific PC.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Cannot connect to the camera via browser Check proxy server settings: Right-click Internet Explorer icon > Properties > Connections tab > LAN Settings... > Uncheck "Use a proxy server" (Page 23).
Dial-up server not working for Direct Upload Check dial-up settings: Right-click Internet Explorer icon > Properties > Connections tab > Set "Never dial a connection" for dial-up settings (Page 25).
Dial-up adapter not displayed Install the dial-up adapter: Right-click Network Neighborhood > Properties > Configuration tab > ADD > Select Adapter > Microsoft > Dial-Up Adapter > OK > Restart computer (Page 24).
USB driver installation issues Ensure the USB driver is installed before connecting the camera. Refer to troubleshooting section for unrecognized devices (Page 16).
